Terms Of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Parental Responsibility

By accessing Explorion, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for the minor’s activity within the app.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Explorion for educational, non-commercial purposes. All materials—including artwork, characters, audio, text, and code—are the sole property of V&T Technologies Pty. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

3. Subscriptions & Free Trials

  • Billing: Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Free Trials: If offered, free trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled 24 hours prior.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Account Settings.

4. Refunds

Because all transactions are handled by third-party stores (Apple/Google), we cannot issue refunds directly. Please follow the refund instructions provided by the respective store.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app in any way that is unlawful, or that harms our intellectual property. "Scraping" content or using the app to develop a competing product is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Explorion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for educational excellence, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or that the content will meet specific educational benchmarks or test results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V&T Technologies Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
