Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 30, 2026
1. Introduction
V&T Technologies Pty. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Explorion mobile application. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, particularly children. This app is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K.

2. No Account Registration & Data Minimization
We believe in data minimization. We do not require users to sign up, create an account, or provide any personal contact information (such as name, phone number, or email address) to use the app.

3. Information Collected Automatically
To provide app functionality and improve the learning experience, we use limited third-party service providers who collect non-personally identifiable information for internal operations only:
-
Purchases (RevenueCat): When you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes an anonymous transaction receipt to verify your status. We do not see or store your name or credit card details.
-
Analytics (Firebase): We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage (e.g., which educational levels are most popular). Firebase collects anonymous "Persistent Identifiers" like your IP address and Installation ID.
-
Legal Basis (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing this data is Legitimate Interest - specifically, to maintain and improve the technical functionality of the service.

4. No Third-Party Advertising
Explorion is a 100% ad-free environment. We do not include third-party advertising, and we do not use the data collected for behavioral advertising, remarketing, or user profiling.

5. Payment Processing & Parental Gate
All financial transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To protect our younger users:
-
Parental Gate: Any external links (such as to our support site) or buttons to initiate a purchase are protected by a "Parental Gate" requiring a specific adult-oriented task to ensure children do not accidentally leave the app or make unauthorized purchases.

6. Data Retention and Security
We retain the anonymous analytics data collected only as long as necessary to fulfill the internal operational purposes described above. We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure that this anonymous data remains protected from unauthorized access.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

8. Parental Rights and Data Access
Parents have the right to review or request the deletion of any data collected from their child. Because we do not store names or emails, we identify data via your device’s technical ID.
To exercise your rights under COPPA or GDPR (such as the right to access, delete, or object to processing), please contact us by sending an email to contact@explorion.com
